I have these river stones in our guest sink for decoration. It was definitely one of the ideas the husband questioned, but I’m a big fan. One thing I’m not a big fan of however is finding that my guest have politely removed them and set them on a towel since they were….ahem... “done drying”. I feel so bad for them! Like I would just wash my rocks and leave them there for them to move if they needed to wash their hands. Shame on me!
It’s kind of crazy, I’ve even had a guest worried about brushing their teeth. Whoopsie! (and yet I leave them) However I do promise people- You can just treat them like you do the bottom of a sink.

Is it weird that the first time I saw this concept was in a restroom at a bar/restaurant?! And I didn’t remove the rocks. But I was a little confused at first! I liked it though. :)

Never in my life have I heard of this … and I’m sure I would look at you with the crazy eye if you told me I brush my teeth/wash hands right on top of them!!!
